Biotin is a water-soluble B Vitamin typically found in Liver, Egg Yolk, Cereals, Legumes and Nuts.
Biotin is essential for normal Skin and Hair growth, Lipid metabolism and Energy production (ATP).*
Alcohol consumption decreases Biotin status in the body.*
