'Bio-CLA® (Conjugated linoleic acid) - Fatty Acid Weight Management Supplement

CLA (Conjugated linoleic acid) is a polyunsaturated Fatty Acid that has a number of important roles within the body.
CLA may help to maintain an optimum balance between lean Muscle tissue and body fat.
CLA may also help to maintain a healthy Cardiovascular system and a healthy Immune system.
CLA levels in food are reduced by modern farming methods, and by food processing.
CLA is converted within the body into Eicosanoids, hormone like substances that regulate the relative amounts of Muscle and Fat deposition, enabling the body to alter composition by reducing fat levels whilst maintaining or increasing Muscle mass.
Eicosanoids also regulate Blood vessel leakage, Inflammatory and Immune cell behaviour.
Since dietary intake is the primary determinant of Fatty Acids entering Eicosanoid generating pathways, there is a direct link between the balance of fats in the diet and the Inflammatory response
Bio-CLA® is an easily absorbable form of CLA
CLA can occur in a number of chemical forms (Known as Isomers). Bio-CLA® contains the two Isomers of CLA known to be most effective within the body.

There are no known drug contra-indications.
Pregnant or lactating women and those on medication should consult a doctor before using any product

Recommended Dose:
2-4 Capsules, once or twice daily

Each Capsule contains:
500mg Vegetable oil as Free Fatty Acids (Equivalent to 375mg CLA)
