Krill oil is a unique source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids from Antarctic Krill.
Krill is rich in the Omega-3 Fatty Acids EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) bound to Phospholipids, particularly Phosphatidylcholine, for enhanced bioavailability.
Krill also contains important Antioxidant Flavonoids and the Carotene Astaxanthin.
The Fish Oil Omega-3s are from small, cold-water fish - Sardines, Anchovies and Mackerel
