Bio Culture® contains up to 10 billion 'friendly' lactic acid bacteria strains, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifido bacterium lactis known as Probiotics,
Probiotics are scientifically proven to help in the Digestive system by replacing only the good bacteria. They may also help strengthen the lining of the Intestines so that bad bacteria cannot pass through
Bio Culture® is necessary for helping to maintain a healthy Digestive system at times of stress, at times of illness (particularly after courses of Antibiotics), after the occasional over-indulgence, during/after holidays, for women on the contraceptive pill.
Bio Culture® may also help maintain a healthy Immune system, since the intestinal tract forms an important barrier against harmful organisms as part of the body's normal Immune defence
Bio Culture® is encapsulated in an acid resistant gel matrix, the capsule is dissolved by acid in the Stomach, but the bacteria remain protected by the gel, which in turn dissolves in the Intestines to release the living bacteria
Bio Culture® is specifically formulated to be stable at room temperature which sets Bio Culture® apart from many other Probiotic products which need to be stored in a refrigerator which is inconvenient for travellers.

Dosage:
The recommended intake is 1-3 capsules per day.
If taken during the course of Antibiotics, allow 3 hours after each dose of Antibiotics before taking Bio Culture®

Each Bio Culture® capsule contains:
Freeze dried cultures of the lactic acid producing bacteria; Lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium animalis. (4 billion live bacteria)
