Betaine HCL & Pepsin - Digestive Support

Hydrochloric acid has several different functions: it sterilises ingested food, acidifies it and activates Protease a protein digesting enzyme.
As we age the production of this acid declines but is still essential to breakdown the food in the gut.
This supplement will help replace some of the lost acidity in the stomach thus aiding the digestion of food.
Betaine HCL and Pepsin in capsule form for enhanced acidification and protein digestion.

Note:
Individuals with Porcine allergies should not be supplemented with Betaine HCL/Pepsin.

Dosage:
1-2 capsules with each meal

Each Capsule Contains:
520mg Betaine as Betaine Hydrochloride 8-grains (derived from a nonplant source.)
20mg Pure, Lactose Free Pepsin (1:16,000 minimum)(equivalent to 1.6 grains (104mg) of pepsin 1:3,000 potency)
Other Ingredients:
Vegetarian Cellulose Capsule, Leucine, Silicon Dioxide
