Starflower (Borage) seeds have the highest GLA (Gamma-Linolenic Acid) level of any plant, including Evening Primrose.

Lamberts® Pure Starflower Oil 1000mg Capsules contain a guaranteed level of 220mg GLA per Capsule, making this product one of the strongest available. The advantage of this is that only one Capsule per day needs to be taken which means it is an excellent alternative for those currently taking a lot of Evening Primrose Oil because you need much less of it to obtain the same level of GLA.
