Suggested Usage:
Fully depress the pump twice (approximately ¼ teaspoon) and massage the cream into the inner arms or thighs until absorbed, morning and evening or as your health professional advises.
Can also be applied to the outer vaginal area (dilute with Higher Nature's Aloe Vera Skin Gel, V Gel or a simple cream)
