MegaVit - Multi Vitamins

Formulated for the very active such as Athletes, at two tablets a day Megavit® is Lamberts® highest potency Multi Vitamin formula
It contains significant levels of the B Vitamins as well as the main Antioxidant Vitamins A, C and E.

For a full supplement regime, Megavit® must be taken with a Multi Mineral formula such as Lamberts Mega Mineral Complex.

Caution:
This product contains Vitamin A. Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or antenatal clinic.

Dosage:
1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.
