Warning:
Contains Magnesium: may interact with some forms of medication.
Side effects are rare, however there is some evidence to suggest that high doses of Vitamin B6 (over 200mg/day) taken over long periods of time may result in toxicity problems.
Do not exceed recommended dose.

Recommended Use:
One or two tablets per day with a meal.

100mg Magnesium
