Suggested Use:

300mg Life Flora™ Mix**:containing:
Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus paracasei subspecies paracasei, and Streptococcus thermophilus
Other Ingredients:
Gelatin (capsule), dibasic Calcium phosphate, and Magnesium stearate.
