Each 500mg capsule provides 300mg of Glucomannan

Recommended Intake:
Take 30 minutes before a meal, with a large glass of water;
Two capsules before breakfast,
Three before lunch and
Five before dinner, daily.
Can be swallowed whole or stirred into water.
