Apple Cider Vinegar certified Organic - pH Balance

Suggested Usage:
Shake well.
• Use as an Acid-Alkaline balancer and Digestive aid
1-2 teaspoons (5-10mls) in 1 cup water. Take 1-3 times daily
1 teaspoon (5mls) unpasteurized honey optional.
• May be diluted and used as a hair rinse or skin toner.
• Use in salad dressings, sauces and combine with condiments: in marinades and pickling recipes.
• Use in baking as a leavening agent
Combine ½ tsp. with ¼ tsp. Baking soda – the equivalent of 1 teaspoon baking powder).

One tablespoon (15mls) contains:
Certified organic raw, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar.
