Magnesium Chloride is generally well tolerated.
Most side effects are due to toxicity (Hyper-Magnesemia)
Mild Hyper-Magnesemia is generally well tolerated, but severe Hyper-Magnesemia can effect the Nervous and Cardiovascular system.
Therefore Magnesium Chloride may be contra-indicated with people with Renal impairment or Myocardial Disease

Recommendation:
One (1) teaspoon (5mls) each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
