Always use with Oreganol™ and/or Oregacyn™ P73 daily

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 teaspoon in lukewarm water each night before retiring
In problematic situations take also in the mornings before Breakfast
Take Health-Bac™ at least 3 hours before or after Oreganol™ or Oregacyn™ P73
Oreganol™ or Oregacyn™ P73 should be taken throughout the day & evening as needed.
Diarrhoea and constipation may require larger dosages, up to two heaping teaspoons in lukewarm water in the AM & PM

NB: Suitable also for Children & Babies (can be mixed & added to milk), does not required refrigeration.
