Contra-Indications:
If you are on Anticoagulants you should be monitored as Vitamin E may alter/affect the action of drugs such as Warfarin.
A darker yellow colouration of the urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates the body is using the Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively.

Dosage:
Take 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by a practitioner.
