Bio-Health’s Glucosamine HCL has been introduced after many years of analysing and testing various sources that failed to meet the quality and purity standards required to include it in the “Pure-Fil” products and the high standards of the Company.

Each capsule will deliver a minimum of 83% active Glucosamine compared to an equivalent sulphate form with 50.7% activity.
A dose of 1,500mg per day of Glucosamine is considered to be clinically significant.
The regime Bio-Health recommend is to take 1 600mg capsule three times a day, at regular intervals ( Morning, Noon and Night) and before food for best results.

Glucosamine HCL can be taken for long periods with no known side effects and with expected benefits for joint health after regular daily usage between 1 – 3 months.
