Suggested Usage Guide for P73 Wild Oregano Oil
Internal use:

Asthma:	Take 3-5 drops regular oil as often as needed daily under the tongue plus take 1 Oregacyn™ vegicap 3 times a day
Bladder Disorders:	Take 5-7 drops H²0rega™ 4 times daily in juice or 1 Oreganol™ gel cap 4 times daily
Candida:	Take 5-7 drops H²0rega™ 3 times daily in water & 1 OregaPlus LV cap 3 times daily with meals. Also consider taking 2 OregaMax™ caps 3 times a day ; For added Digestive support and improved Colon health
	1 Oreganol™ gelcap 4 times daily. In severe cases use OregaPlus™ or Super Strength gelcaps.
Exhaustion:	Take 2-3 drops 4 times daily under the Tongue Also take OregaMax™ caps, 3 twice daily
Gum and Throat Infections:	Take 5-7 drops H²0rega™ under the Tongue as often as needed also add a few drops to water and Gargle. For prevention add 2 drops regular oil to toothpaste and brush teeth in normal way
Inhalant Allergies:	Take 2-3 drops regular oil as often as needed under the Tongue plus soak a tissue in oil and sniff as needed also take 1 Oregacyn™ vegicap 3 times a day with meals.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome:	Take 1 Oreganol™ gelcap three times daily plus take 2 OregaMax™ caps three times daily to improve lower Bowel function.

External use:

Atheletes Foot/Ringworm:	Apply regular oil directly to involved areas twice daily but also take 1 Oreganol™ gelcap three times a day
Finger/Toenail Fungus:	Soak cotton wall ball with oil apply to nail & cover plus take 1 Oreganol™ gelcap three times a day. In tough cases consider using Super Strength oil and capsules
Rash or Hives:	Rub regular Oil on involved region twice or more daily plus take 1 Oreganol™ gelcap twice a day
Seborrea:	Apply regular Oil to involved area gently after washing - can also be added to Shampoo. Take internally: 5-7 drops three times daily or 1 Oreganol™ gelcap 3 times a day
Warts:	Saturate cotton ball with regular Oil and apply to the wart with Steri-tape - Repeat daily - Also it's important to take the Oil internally, 5 or more drops three times daily or 1 Oreganol™ gelcap three times a day
