Suggested intake:
Sprinkle ½ level teaspoons onto cereal or fruit, or stir into juice, building gradually to 2-3 level teaspoons a day
Children over 5 years: ¼ level teaspoons, building gradually to 1 level teaspoons a day 1 level teaspoon
Added benefi may be obtained by taking a Probiotic bacteria such as ProBio Daily or Probio-Easy for 2-3 days before starting, and whilst continuing, to take FOS
