The Flaxseeds in FSC Organic Flaxseed Oil are pressed at a very cold temperature, using a cold processing method which does not require the use of solvents.

Directions:
Take one 5ml teaspoon twice a day, preferably with a meal.
Do not exceed the stated dose
This product should ideally be kept refrigerated once opened and used within 4-6 weeks
It can be frozen to prolong the life of the oil

Each 5ml dose provides:
4.65gms Organic Flaxseed Oil - of which
    2.585gms Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA)
    0.691gms Linoleic Acid
    0.983gms Oleic Acid
    0.235g Palmitic Acid
    0.151gms Stearic Acid
