Organic Flax Seed Oil

Vegetarian Flax Oil is better tasting than Fish Oil, less expensive and does not contain Toxins.
Flax is an excellent source of Omega 3 for those who already have quality Omega 6 sources in their diet, or for those wanting to build their Omega 3 levels before switching to a balance blend such as Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend (a period of 3 months will be sufficient).

• A fresh, unrefined, Certified Organic, cold-pressed seed oil, rich on Omega 3 EFAs.
• Freshly pressed in an oxygen and light free environment, at temperatures not exceeding 36C (97F)
• Unrefined, non-deodorised and unfiltered- leaving in all minor ingredients, and co factors essential for the body to utilise the oil, whilst not damaging the nutritional value.

Usage:
Include around 1 to 3 tablespoons (15-45ml) of fresh flax oil per day.

• Add a dessertspoon to breakfast oatmeal
