Eyebright Euphrasia spp - Single Cut Herb

Useful for: Allergic Rhinitis

Warnings:
Do not use during Pregnancy

Directions:
Boil half an ounce (15g) of the dried herb in 1 pint (0.5 litre) of water for ten minutes, then strain the liquid through a sieve lined with a sterile handkerchief or muslin cloth
Leave to cool, then use as an Eyebath or apply as a compress.
Repeat as required or as directed by your practitioner
The tea may also be drunk for its beneficial internal effects on the Eyes
