Evening Primrose Oil with Starflower Oil - Omega-6 Fatty Acid

One of the oils found in Evening Primrose and Starflower (Borage) seeds is Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) which is frequently recommended by practitioners for those: at the time of their period, going through the Menopause or concerned with the condition of their Skin.

Whilst the body can produce GLA from the conversion of the parent Fatty Acid of the Omega-6 family, Linoleic Acid, the conversion isn't always very efficient, so a dietary source of GLA can be useful.
