Evening Primrose Oil contains typically 10% Gamma Linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is a precursor of hormone-like substances called Prostaglandins which are known to have important biological functions
Vitamin E is an Antioxidant and is added to maintain the freshness and potency of the Oil.

Warning:
Some experts advise that anyone with a history of Epilepsy or Seizures, Schizophrenia or taking prescribed blood thinners (e.g. Warfarin), should consult with their doctor before taking Evening Primrose Oil supplements

Recommended Use:
One to six capsules per day with meals.
