Efalex is a unique formulation of Sunflower Oil, Fish Oil and Evening Primrose Oil flavoured with Lemon & Lime providing important Fatty Acids Omega 3 & 6 to help maintain Brain & Eye Function.

This product is not recommended for Children under 2 years of age.

Suggested Daily Intake:-
Children 2-5 years: 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily with food
Adults and Children aged 5 years and over: 2 teaspoons (10ml) daily with food
The amounts may be taken half in the morning and half in the evening.
If taking this product for the first time, the amounts should be doubled for the first 12 weeks.
