Suggested Intake:
Stir 1 rounded teaspoonful (6g) of Alka-Clear into a glass of water.
Do not take more than 3 rounded teaspoonfuls (18g) a day
Take a full glass on rising in the morning, or make up a glass and sip throughout the day
Avoid eating within half an hour after taking Alka Clear™

One rounded teaspoon (6g) typically provides:

Capsules:
Suggested Intake:
Take 5-6 capsules with a glass of water.
Do not take more than 24 capsules in a day
Best taken on rising in the morning, but can also be taken between meals
