The Three R's Programme: Remove, Rebuild and Replenish
It has been researched that a healthy Colon is full of billions of bacteria -"Intestinal flora" - that play an important part in Digestion and Health.
A programme that addresses the health of the Colon and whole Digestive Tract is now considered ideal by the health conscious.

This is a three phase programme; the first phase contains a balance of herbs to Detoxify the Digestive Tract of chemicals, toxins and other impurities preventing absorption of needed nutrients.
This first part of the programme lasts for 4 weeks, each week the gradient increases allowing the body to work with the nutrients while expelling the Toxins.

The second phase of the programme is the rebuild part of the programme. This phase lasts for a further two weeks and contains a high strength Multi Probiotics formula.
Probiotics are residential bacteria that form colonies in your Gastrointestinal tract, Mouth, and Vaginal tract.
Transient bacteria are travellers that are just passing through. Friendly bacteria including Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifido-bacterium Bifidum, and Lactobacillus Bulgaricus are your body's first line of defence against the potentially harmful micro organisms that you inhale or ingest.
Probiotics are another term for these friendly bacteria that live and work in your Gastrointestinal tract every day of your life. Think of them as the "home guard," a mighty bacterial army that defends your body against dangerous invaders. Having sufficient numbers of these friendly bacteria in residence can help prevent a wide range of health problems.

The third phase of the programme is the replenish part of the programme. This phase lasts for a further two weeks and contains a daily intake of Psyllium Husks and Lactobacillus Acidophilus. This phase will clear out any Toxic matter left over from the initial Detox and replenish the system with more Probiotics.
Throughout the 3 phase programme a high strength Immune Formula to improve the Immune system. This is taken along with a Digestive Enzyme Complex to assist the body in breaking down food ingested.
After the programme the user may wish to continue with a maintenance programme of the Immune Formula, Fibre Flora and Digestive Complex

150 capsules of GC70 (Gut Cleanse Herbal Formula)
250 capsules of IM90 (Immune Formula)
120 capsules of Digestive Complex (Digestive enzymes)
100 grams of Fibre Flora (Psyllium Husks and Acidophilus)
100 capsules of PB80 (Multi Probiotic with Colostrum)

Please Note:
All supplements are to be taken with food except for PB80 which should be taken half to one hour before food.
If at any time you feel discomfort whilst on this programme, just cut back to the previous intake level you were taking and build up more slowly.
It is advisable to consult a nutritionist before starting if you have any special conditions requiring review first.
It is also advisable to drink plenty of water to expedite flushing of Toxins from the system.
