Calcium Citrate - Citric Acid is a naturally occurring acid which is able to bind three Mineral Ions to every one of its molecules for enhanced absorption.

Dosage:
1 to 2 capsules three times daily or as directed by your practitioner

150mg Calcium as Calcium Citrate
