Terms and Conditions

Making a Purchase   Making a purchase could not be easier or more secure. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for the address (even easier if you have registered) and payment details that will enable us to complete your order.
 
We accept card payments   We accept most cards including Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. If you are shopping from outside the UK place your order in the normal way and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. If you do not wish to pay online, you may phone, fax or post your card details.
 
Credit Card Security   The URL of this page begins with https:// - this means that the page is hosted on a secure server and all transactions taking place are encrypted. When an order is placed on our website card numbers are encrypted and are only electronically decrypted by our card services provider (Royal Bank of Scotland/WorldPay). Card Numbers are never seen by any operative and are not held in clear text on any web site, computer or manual system.
 
Mistakes   If you make a mistake in your order or omit items and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
 
Order Confirmation   You will receive an order confirmation when we receive your order. When your order is accepted we despatch your order with an invoice folded into the address 'document enclosed' wallet.  
In the unlikely event that a mistake has been made in description or pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason we will always contact you for your instructions.
Ownership of the goods will not pass to the buyer until payment in full has been effected.

Shipping and Handling   UK Postage is FREE on orders over £30 (inc.VAT), For orders under £30 postage is charged at the prevailing published rates.  Depending on weight and value we use First Class Royal Mail, Special Delivery or Fastway’s next day service.
Outside the UK we use an appropriate Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS or DPD road service that will require a signature on delivery and will be charged at the published rate for the service used.
 
Surcharge   Except where specifically indicated individual products of 300gms/300mls and over will incur a postage surcharge that is included in the purchase price. This charge is in addition to any other postal charges or free post offers.
 
 
Delivery Schedule   In most cases if you order before 1pm we will despatch the same day. You will normally receive your UK order within 1-2 business days. European orders are generally delivered within 3-5 working days. International Orders usually take longer.
 
Loss or Damage   You must inform us if goods are lost or damaged in transit immediately you are able so that we can correct any problem. Please quote your order number in any correspondence.
 
Proof of Delivery   You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
 
Back Orders   In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel that item if you would rather not wait.
 
Guarantee   We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Just return the item in a saleable condition for a full refund (the cost of shipping is not refunded) You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should ensure that you have paid for appropriate and adequate compensation.
 
Returns Policy (EU)   Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive although our 30 day no quibble guarantee supercedes this. However, the Directive states that you are entitled to cancel your order for any reason and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, not including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days from receipt of goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should ensure that you have paid for appropriate and adequate compensation. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or described wrongly.
 
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
 
We reserve the right to impose a re-stocking charge of 10%.
 
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.  
 
VAT (Value Added Tax)   VAT at the current rate is included in the price for all UK and EU orders. Other International orders are free of VAT.
 
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
